Expected outcome: Man City 3 – 1 Leicester City

Leicester will travel to Manchester in what seems to be an early test for the foxes. Both the teams have registered wins in the previous game week ( wolves 1 – 3 Man City & Leicester 4-2 Burnley ).

The foxes are off to a perfect start for the PL season winning both their games but their performance in aways hasn’t been great, and that will be a concern for Brendon Rodgers. Foxes have won only thrice against city whereas City has won 10 times. Leicester loss to Arsenal midweek again shows Leicester’s failure to capitalise the chances against Big teams are hurting them.

City, on the other hand, got the result they wanted against wolves. Although Man City wasn’t in their brilliant best, they showed the quality to get the result they wanted. Pep Guardiola’s team did what they do the best, playing to their strengths with Kevin de Bruyne putting yet another brilliant display.

One of the good things for foxes is that their recent signing Castagne has settled well. Castagne was influential in both the games this season providing an attacking threat down the right. Harvey Barnes also put on a good show against Burnley. The chances of Leicester winning would depend on their star forward Vardy with his pace causing problems for City in the recent outings. City, on the other hand, have Aymeric Laporte back, and Mahrez is also expected to return. Phil Foden is among the favourites to start after his solid outing against wolves.

Both the teams have produced some brilliant attacking performances in recent times, and so this matchup will be one to look forward this season.

To sum up, this exciting game will have a fantastic display of attacking football. Do enjoy!
