Royal Challengers Bangalore

After a setback against Mumbai, RCB will be looking to roar into the playoffs with a win against SRH tonight. Kohli and his men were not at their best in the last game due to the clinical performance put on by the Mumbai team. RCB would have gone back to the drawing board and sat down as a team to look at where they went wrong and will be eyeing a comfortable win to seal their playoffs spot. Kohli, AB De, Morris and Chahal are players to be on the lookout today in the small Sharjah ground.

Possible – 11

Virat Kohli (C), AB De Villiers (WK), Aaron Finch, Devdutt Padikkal, Shivam Dube, Parthiv Patel, Dale Steyn, Yuzvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini, Chris Morris, Washington Sundar.

Sun Risers Hyderabad

Warner’s birthday game came as a treat to him. In what seemed to be a destruction mode, Warner and Saha, literally destroyed the opposition bowling attack with quick fire 50’s. They were scoring continuously at a rate of around 12 runs an over and that too against a bowling attack containing Rabada and Nortje. If SRH carries the same form in today’s game, RCB cannot stop them. And, eventually SRH will keep their playoffs hope alive.

Possible – 11

David Warner (C), Jonny Bairstow (WK), Manish Pandey, Vijay Shankar, Jason Holder, Priyam Garg, Abhishek Sharma/Abdul Samad, Rashid Khan, Khaleel Ahmed, Sandeep Sharma, T Natarajan.

Match prediction

Both the teams are clashing to make it to the playoffs. RCB needs one win to seal its spot, while SRH needs to win 2 out of 2 to hope it qualifies with NRR. So SRH will again be going on an all-out attack to increase their NRR and make it to the playoffs. Kohli vs Rashid and Warner Vs Chahal are two scenarios which could bring interesting results.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have high chances of winning in this interesting clash.
