India’s New Bowling Combination drives Ashwin Out

India tour of England is the most awaited series before the T-20 World Cup and the thrill will be no less as expected. The series is underway and after the rain washed out the first test last day where India was in a great position to take the lead of 0-1 up with just 151 needing in the 90 overs with nine wickets in hand. While the Indians have bounced back with a sublime effort in the second test after giving a target of 272 to chase in the 60 overs on the final day. Things have been going great with the lead in the hand, openers doing a great job, tailenders putting some crucial runs with the bat, and the pace attack going with full fire and attack into the fumbled batting lineup of the English men.

But the questions come that Where is the Best Spinner in the world! Why he is benched?

Yes, India is emerging as the top nation in test at home and overseas, after beating Aussies at their home than England in India and now the series underway in the United Kingdom. But a loss in the Final of the WTC haunts the team as this championship would be back after two years and for that, you need to be at your level best and the best comes where you play with the best playing XI.

The team tumbled in Australia and R. Ashwin saves the team and then also he is left out this is because of the experiment that India did after so long of playing 4 pacers in the Single test match while before India used to go with 2 spinners and 3 pacers. The Indians are doing fairly well after the loss to NZ in the Final here on English soil, they took some great positives and learnings after the loss.

To all the latest reports which have come in, it is expected that Ashwin will get a chance in the fourth Test at The Oval because as in the ball spins there. Last time in 2018, Jadeja was on fire with some quickies in both innings.

So, as of now, Ravi Ashwin is a big match-winner for India with 413 wickets in 79 matches with 52.5 strike rate, 24.6 average and 30’ 5W hauls with 7/59 is his best, and sometimes he bats to save as well but the pitch conditions are the ones which help in team selection and we expect him to play soon, maybe in the 4th Test match at The Oval.
